§ 70.250 VEHICLES NOT TO STOP IN STREETS; EXCEPTIONS.
   No vehicle shall stop in any street, except for the purpose of parking as prescribed in this chapter, unless the stop is made necessary by the approach of fire apparatus, by the approach of a funeral or other procession which is given right-of-way, by the stopping of a public conveyance, by the lowering of railway gates, by being given countermanding traffic signals, by the passing of some other vehicle or a pedestrian, or by some emergency; in all cases covered by these exceptions the vehicles shall stop so as not to obstruct any footway, pedestrian aisle, safety zone, crossing, or street intersection if it can be avoided.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS
§ 70.260 PARKING AT PARKING SPACE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION.
   (A)   Only electric vehicles plugged in or otherwise connected to an electric vehicle charging station may park in a parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charging station.
   (B)   An electric vehicle which is not plugged in or otherwise connected to an electric vehicle charging station is prohibited from parking in a parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charging station.
   (C)   A non-electric vehicle is prohibited from parking in a parking space equipped with an electric vehicle charging station.

§ 70.999 PENALTY.
   If any person shall violate an ordinance regulating the operation or parking of vehicles, he or she shall be responsible for an infraction and shall be required to pay a penalty of not more than $50.
