(A) Except for emergency vehicles, it shall be unlawful for and a violation to the provisions of this schedule for any person to operate a motor vehicle, truck, or tractor-trailer to haul or transport weight loads in excess of 5,000 pounds on the portion of Valley River Avenue situated between Hill Street and Pleasant Valley Road.

(B) Except for emergency vehicles, it shall be unlawful for and a violation to the provisions of this schedule for any person to operate a motor vehicle, truck, or tractor-trailer licensed to haul or transport weigh loads in excess of 4,000 pounds on Cherokee Street and Deweese Streets, Town of Murphy, North Carolina, at any time.
