(A) When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle for longer than the times specified within the district or upon any of the streets described in this title.
(B) The parking limitations set forth herein shall not apply on Sundays or on the following holidays:
(1) The first day of January;
(2) The thirtieth day of May;
(3) The fourth day of July;
(4) The first Monday in September;
(5) The twenty-fifth day of December; and
(6) The day designated and set aside by the President of the United States as a Day of Thanksgiving.
