§ 70.076 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds listed below upon the streets or portions of streets of the State Highway System listed in this title:
      (1)   Twenty-five mph;
      (2)   Thirty mph;
      (3)   Thirty-five mph;
      (4)   Forty mph;
      (5)   Forty-five mph;
      (6)   Fifty mph; and
      (7)   Fifty-five mph.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds listed below upon the streets or portions of streets, not a part of the State Highway System, listed in this title:
      (1)   Twenty-five mph;
      (2)   Thirty mph;
      (3)   Thirty-five mph;
      (4)   Forty mph;
      (5)   Forty-five mph;
      (6)   Fifty mph; and
      (7)   Fifty-five mph.
