§ 51.39 INTERFERING WITH SEWERAGE WORKS.

No unauthorized person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure. appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the municipal sewerage works.
