§ 51.31 STANDARDS USED FOR INSPECTIONS.
   Samples shall be collected in such a manner as to be representative of the actual quality of the wastes. The laboratory methods used in the examination of the wastes shall be those set forth in Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Sewage, 10th ed..
