§ 51.30 INSPECTION OF WASTES.
   The industrial waste of each person discharging into the town sanitary sewers shall be subject to periodic inspection and a determination of character and concentration of the wastes shall be made semi-annually, or oftener as may be deemed necessary, by the Superintendent or his or her authorized assistants.
