(A) The quantity of waste will be determined by the monthly water meter reading.
(B) Where the person discharging industrial wastes into the sanitary sewers of the town procures any part, or all, of his or her water supply from sources other than the Town Water Department, all or part of which is discharged to the sanitary sewer, the person discharging the waste shall install and maintain, at his or her expense, a water meter of a type approved by the Superintendent for the purpose of determining the proper volume of flow on which to base charges.
