§ 52.08 IMPLEMENTATION.

It shall be the duty of the Town Manager to implement the terms and provisions of this chapter. However, the Board of Commissioners shall have the final authority in any disputed matter arising hereunder. The Board of Commissioners may amend this chapter at any regular or special meeting of the Board of Commissioners.
