§ 52.04 PAYMENT OF AND ACCOUNTING FOR SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT FEE.
   The system development fee shall be fully paid in cash prior to the issuance of any building permit for the development and/or when application for water and/or wastewater service is submitted to the town.
