933.02 APPLICABILITY AND ADMINISTRATION.

This chapter shall apply to all residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities responsible for discharges as described in Section 933.01(a) and on any lands in the City of Munroe Falls and:

(a) Where the City of Munroe Falls has entered into a memorandum of agreement with the Health District to provide such service, and

(b) Except for those discharges generated by the activities detailed in Section 933.06(a)(1) to (b)(3) of this regulation.
