933.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The authorized enforcement agency shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The authorized enforcement agency may contract with the Summit Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
