(a) Whoever violates or fails to conform to any of the provisions and requirements of the National Electrical Code and/or the Tri-County Minimum Residential Re-Wiring Electrical Code as adopted in Section 1305.01, or fails to comply with any order made thereunder shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) The application of the penalty provided in subsection (a) hereof shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
