(A) Any person violating any provisions of §§ 97.01 - 97.15 shall be, upon conviction or a plea of guilty, subject to a fine not to exceed $500.
(B) Anyone violating § 97.16 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 and required to perform not less than eight hours or more than 100 hours of community service. Fines will be assessed against the agency or candidate who is responsible for the sign.
