§ 97.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "STREET TREES." Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on public right-of-ways.
   "PARK TREES." Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks and all areas owned by the city.
