§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500.
   (B)   Any property owner or utility company who is not compliant with § 91.07 shall pay a fine of up to $100 per day until the property owner or utility company is compliant with § 91.07.
