§ 52.094 PERMIT PROCEDURE.
   To obtain a permit to operate any of the facilities listed in § 52.093, the owner of the property on which the facility is to be located must make application on the proper form provided by the village. Such application must be presented to the Village Manager or Utilities Superintendent. The Manager or Utilities Superintendent shall approve or deny said permit.
