§ 52.093 PROHIBITED FACILITIES.

   It shall be unlawful to operate any of the following facilities within the corporate limits of the village without first having obtained the proper permit from the village:

   (A)   Sewage lagoon;

   (B)   Absorption or disposal field for water;

   (C)   Cesspool;

   (D)   Livestock feedlot;

   (E)   Livestock pasture or corral;

   (F)   Chemical product storage facility;

   (G)   Petroleum product storage facility;

   (H)   Sanitary landfill;

   (I)   Septic tank; and

   (J)   Sewage treatment plant.
