§ 93.22 OPEN BURNING RESTRICTIONS.
   Open burning is permitted only in the following instances:
   (A)   Outdoor cooking;
   (B)   Campfires and scouting activities with prior approval of the Madison Township Volunteer Fire Department or the Town Marshal, or his or her deputies, or an employee or officer of the town; and
   (C)   Dry tree limbs and branches which will not be hauled by the town’s contracted refuse service may be burned under the resident’s supervision during daylight hours. The Enforcement Officer shall have the discretion to order cessation or limitation of the burning for health or safety reasons.
