(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person or person to dump or allow to accumulate any type of trash, garbage or other refuse upon the highway, streets, alleyways or driveways or driveways and upon public property within the town limits, including the park area of the town, and that such an act be punishable by payment of a fine not more than $25.
(C) (1) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 shall be subject to a penalty not to exceed $300. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. In the event an action on behalf of the town for violation of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 is commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction, the town shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees in addition to the penalties stated herein, as provided by state statute.
(2) In lieu of appearing before a court of competent jurisdiction, the person charged with violating any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.08 may pay the fine assessed within 14 days to the Ordinance Violations Bureau. Upon conviction of a third or subsequent offense committed within one year after the date of the first offense, the penalty shall be a fine of not more than $1,000. Progressive fines according to the number of offenses is as follows:

(D) Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 93.20 through 93.25 shall, upon adjudication thereof, be assessed a civil penalty of not more than $500 for each offense. Each day or a portion of each day any violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
