§ 75.10 PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   Unauthorized parking prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle, house trailer, one-, two- or three-wheeled trailer, tractor trailer or any other type of motorized or non-motorized conveyance ordinarily pulled or attached to a motor vehicle on any private property, private road, driveway or parking lot, without a proper and current registration plate meeting state and local requirements. All tires must be in operable condition.
   (B)   Presumption that the owner parked vehicle. In any proceeding for the violation of any of the provisions of these parking regulations, the registration plate displayed and/or VIN on the motor vehicle, trailers and/or campers shall constitute evidence of a prima-facie presumption that the owner of the motor vehicle was the person who parked or placed the motor vehicle at the place where the violation occurred.
