§ 75.06 STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED IN A LANE OF TRAFFIC.

No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle so as to block any portion of a lane of traffic not designed for parking unless directed to do so by an official traffic-control device or when waiting to enter a parking space.
