§ 116.11 USE OF FEES; PURPOSE.
   (A)   All moneys derived from the occupational license tax under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the City Clerk/Treasurer and placed to the credit of the General Revenue Fund of the city. The revenue therein shall be used and expended in defraying current, general, and incidental expenses of the city, for capital improvements, and any other proper charges against the city.
   (B)   It is the purpose of this chapter to provide revenue for the General Fund of the city and it is not the intention of the city or this chapter to impose and require any occupational license tax prohibited by law.
