   (C)   Grease traps and interceptors shall be maintained by the owner in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be cleaned by the owner, or its authorized and qualified designer, at least every 90 days, beginning on the date of installation, to ensure the exclusion of grease from the drainage system.
   (D)   Grease traps and interceptors shall be installed as close as practicable to the source of the wastewater and located outside of the facility unless approval is granted by the Public Works Director.
