§ 36.18 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CITY FACILITY RENTALS.
   Rules and Regulations set forth by the City Council of the City of Mt Washington, Kentucky and included on the City of Mt. Washington Rental Fee Application are as follows:
   (A)   Groups, organizations, and individuals using city facilities must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the City of Mt. Washington.
   (B)   All organizations and individuals utilizing city facilities exclusively must, have submitted an application, fees, proof of insurance (if applicable) if non-profit, must provide a copy of 501C3 Form.
   (C)   The following are not allowed on city premises: alcoholic beverages, gambling/raffles, concealed deadly weapons, no smoking indoors or under covered pavilions.
   (D)   All garbage shall be placed in the provided trash receptacles.
   (E)   Pets are allowed at the outdoor facilities and owners must keep pets on a leash at all times to comply with Chapter 90: ANIMALS of the City of Mt. Washington Code of Ordinances. All ordinances can be viewed online at www.mtwashingtonky.org.
   (F)   Authorized personnel of the Mt. Washington Police Department may revoke this agreement at any time if it is determined that the application contains false information, or if any attendee of the event has not complied with the rules and regulations set forth, or the safety of other visitors or patrons are endangered by the permit holders event. If the applicants permit is revoked, no fees will be refunded.
   (G)   The permit holder must read and sign a release of liability , waiver of legal rights and assumption of risk.
   (H)   If the event is catered the applicant must provide a copy of liability insurance and current business license with the City of Mt. Washington for the caterer.
   (I)   Reservations are for a maximum of four (4) hours.
   (J)   Please allow a 48 hour time frame to process applications.
   (K)   All outdoor rental facilities and park locations must be vacated at dusk. All applicants renting city facilities must comply with § 92.22 Standards for Noise Pollution.
   (L)   It is the responsibility of the applicant to post a reserve sign the morning of the event at the desired rental facility. A reserved sign will be provided by the city at the time the fees are paid in full.
   (M)   The City of Mt. Washington reserves the right to amend ordinance by resolution at any time deemed necessary.
   (N)   Refundable deposit: a deposit will be refunded during regular office hours, at the completion and inspection and inspection of the facility and no damage is reported by city personnel.
   (O)   Cancellation policy: the applicant must notify the City of Mt. Washington 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or may forfeit their refundable deposit. Applicable fees are not refundable due to weather conditions.
   (P)   Additional regulations for certain city rental facilities are as follows:
      (1)   City Plaza Paillon.
         (a)   Parking at the City Plaza is limited to the schedule of the First Baptist Church. Rental applicants may utilize the City Hall parking lot after regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and all day Saturday and Sunday.
         (b)   All trash must be removed that is accumulated from the event including bathroom facility. Trash must be emptied into the dumpster located at City Hall.
      (2)   Fick Hall: 186 Branham Way.
         (a)   City kitchen facility must be left in clean condition and no dishes/food is allowed to be left in sink or refrigerator or Oven and Microwave and all appliances be wiped clean.
         (b)   All trash must be removed that is accumulated from the event including bathroom facility. Trash must be emptied into the dumpster provided on the property. Nothing shall be taped, pinned or nailed to any wall. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED INDOORS.
