The standards which shall be considered in determining whether a violation of § 92.21 exists shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(A) The volume of the noise;
(B) The intensity of the noise;
(C) Whether the nature of the noise is usual or unusual;
(D) The volume and intensity of background noise, if any;
(E) The proximity of the noise to a residential area or place of public accommodation such as a hotel, motel, inn, campground and the like;
(F) The nature and zoning of the area within which the noise emanates;
(G) The density of inhabitation of the area within which the noise emanates;
(H) The time of day or night the noise occurs;
(I) The duration of the noise;
(J) Whether the noise is recurrent, intermittent or constant.
