355.01 MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS.

(a) There are established in the City certain Municipal parking lots for the utilization of the general public (subject to restrictions set forth in this Traffic Code).

(b) Municipal parking lots shall include the following:

(1) The top level of the Municipal Parking Garage located at 5 North Gay Street.

(2) The middle level of the Municipal Parking Garage located at 5 North Gay Street.

(3) The bottom level of the Municipal Parking Garage located at 5 North Gay Street.
