(a)
Parking of vehicles is prohibited on all three levels of the Municipal Parking Garage from midnight to 6:00 a.m. daily. The Municipal Parking Garage is located at 5 North Gay Street, Mount Vernon, Ohio. (Ord. 2010-03. Passed 2-22-10.)
(b) Exemptions from this section shall be as follows: City owned vehicles, vehicles of City Employees on duty, any vehicle properly occupying a marked parking space that is currently reserved by the City and any vehicle parked by any person having current, legitimate business inside the Municipal Building at 5 North Gay Street. (c) Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00).
(d) If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date, the fine is raised to twenty dollars ($20.00).
