(a) No person shall park any vehicle on any street or upon the City’s right-of-way for more than twenty-four continuous hours.
(b) Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of twenty dollars ($20.00).
(c) If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date, the fine is raised to forty dollars ($40.00). (Ord. 2009-22. Passed 4-27-09.)
