351.05 MANNER OF ANGLE PARKING.
   (a)   Upon streets where angle parking is permitted, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway as is indicated by appropriate signs or markings.
   (b)   When lines have been used to mark parking spaces within a municipal parking lot, no person shall park any vehicle on, or over, such lines. All portions of any such vehicle shall be completely within the marked parking space.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00).
   (d)   If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date, the fine is raised to twenty dollars ($20.00).
