(a) Parking of vehicles shall be prohibited on the inner circle of the Public Square and on the outer circle of the Public Square from South Main Street (west) to West High Street and from North Main Street (east) to Blackberry Alley between the hours of 10:00 p.m. each night and 6:00 a.m. the following day.
(b) Whoever violates this section and receives a parking ticket shall pay a fine of ten dollars ($10.00).
(c) If a parking ticket issued under this section is not paid within five days of the issue date; the fine is raised to twenty dollars ($20.00).
