147.05 MEETINGS AND QUORUM.

(a) The Commission shall hold its first meeting within thirty (30) days of the appointment of its members.

(b) The Commission shall elect a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson from among the voting members at the first meeting and thereafter annually.

(c) The Human Resources Director shall serve as the clerk for the Commission.

(d) A majority of the voting members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

(e) The Commission shall meet annually and as necessary to fulfill its duties and responsibilities. (Ord. 2024-34. Passed 7-22-24.)
