147.03 COMPOSITION OF THE COMMISSION.

   The Commission shall be composed of the following members:

   (a)   The Mayor (ex officio member).

   (b)   The Safety-Service Director (ex officio member).

   (c)   The Human Resources Director (ex officio member).

   (d)   The Auditor (ex officio member).

   (e)   The Chair of the Employee and Community Relations Committee of Council.

   (f)   Two (2) members appointed by the Mayor.

   (g)   Two (2) members appointed by Council.
