129.17 FIRE DEPARTMENT TO COLLECT FEES FOR REQUIRED INSPECTIONS AND TESTS.

The Mount Vernon Fire Department is authorized to collect fees for required inspections and tests. The party requesting the inspection or test shall pay a fee in accordance with a fee schedule fixed from time to time by the Board of Control in order to recover the Mount Vernon Fire Department’s costs related to the required inspections and tests.
