1158.21 PCDD PLANNED COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

The purpose of the Planned Commercial Development District is to encourage and provide for freedom of design and arrangement of commercial units as an alternative to traditional industrial parks by allowing integration of different types of commercial uses within the same facility or area.
