The stormwater management and sedimentation control plan review and permit fee schedule is as follows:
(a) Plan Review Fee-For all sites disturbing 20,000 square feet and larger:
Up to two (2) acres disturbed: $250.00
Over two (2) acres disturbed: $250.00 plus $125.00 per acre over two (2) acres When revisions of the plan are required, the revised plans will be submitted with the following fee:
Up to two (2) acres disturbed: $150.00
Over two (2) acres disturbed: $150.00 plus $75.00 per acre over two (2) acres
(b) Stormwater Management and Sediment Control Permit fee for all sites disturbing 20,000 square feet and larger:
The fee shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or one percent (1%) of the estimated cost of construction of stormwater facilities, whichever is greater.
(c) Letter of Agreement for all sites disturbing 600 square feet to 19,999 square feet: $75.00. (Ord. 2019-35. Passed 11-12-19.)
