City Engineer is hereby authorized to promulgate additional rules and regulations, including but not limited to the adoption of forms and application submittal requirements, to carry out the purpose and intent of this Chapter in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare. Such rules, and amendments thereto, shall be consistent with these Codified Ordinances, and shall be subject to the approval of the Safety-Service Director.
