181.02 APPOINTMENT OF EMPLOYEES.

(a) The Mayor is hereby relieved of any and all responsibility and authority with respect to the appointment of employees in the City Income Tax Department.

(b) The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and designated to make any and all appointments of employees in the City Income Tax Department to assist the Treasurer in matters relating to income taxes.
