A Shade Tree and Beautification Commission is established for the City which shall consist of the following nine members: The Safety Service Director, the City Engineer, the Superintendent of Public Buildings and Lands and six persons, who are citizens and residents of this City, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. A member of City Council shall be an ex-offico member of the Commission.
