1399.04 SWIMMING POOL VIOLATIONS.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the terms, provisions or conditions of Chapter 1311 shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
