1399.03 MOTOR VEHICLE STORAGE VIOLATIONS.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 1309.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 1309.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
