1311.02 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.

No person shall locate, construct, install, alter, use, operate, repair or maintain any swimming pool or wading pool except in full compliance with the terms, provisions and conditions of this chapter, and all applicable zoning and property maintenance ordinances.
