(a) No person shall locate, construct or install a swimming pool or wading pool or make any alteration in such swimming pool or wading pool or the appurtenances thereto, unless and until such person shall have submitted an application accompanied by detailed plans and drawings for such location, construction, installation or alteration and shall have received a permit for such location, construction, installation or alteration from the Zoning Officer of the City.
(b) Private wading pools, less than twelve inches (12") in depth, that are portable or are temporary are exempted from the requirement for a location, construction, installation or alteration permit. (Ord. 2014-02. Passed 3-24-14.)
