1307.12 AUTHORITY OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER.

In addition to the Health Commissioner, the Property Maintenance Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to enforce and cite violations of Sections 1307.05, 1307.07, 1307.08, and 1307.09. (Ord. 2014-02. Passed 3-24-14.)
