1307.10 RAT-PROOF STORAGE OF FOOD AND FEED REQUIRED.

All food and feed kept within the City for feeding poultry, horses, dogs and other animals or birds shall be kept and stored in rat-free and rat-proof containers, compartments or rooms, unless kept in a rat-stopped building.
