1307.01 CONTROL REQUIRED.

Every premises, building or structure within the city shall be rat-stopped, freed of rats and maintained in a rat-stopped and rat-free condition. Every premises, building or structure within the city shall be vermin-stopped, freed of vermin and maintained in a vermin-stopped and vermin-free condition. (Ord. 2014-02. Passed 3-24-14.)
