1305.30 AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE.

A property owner may raise as an affirmative defense to a violation of Section 1305.04, 1305.22, and 1305.24 that the responsibility for compliance has been delegated to the occupant or tenant by operation of a written lease agreement.
