924.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Mount Vernon shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this Chapter. The City of Mount Vernon may contract with other agencies to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
