133.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

Under provisions of Ohio R. C. 124.40, a Civil Service Commission is established for the City to be composed of three members appointed by the Mayor whose salaries and expenses shall be determined by Council. The Commission shall have such powers and duties as are set forth in Ohio R. C. Chapter 124.
