129.02 SUBDEPARTMENTS.

   The following subdepartments are created within the Department of Public Safety and Service:

   (a)   Police Department;

   (b)   Fire Department;

   (c)   Building Department;

   (d)   Engineer Department;

   (e)   Street Department;

   (f)   Water Department;

   (g)   Sewer Department; and

   (h)   Cemetery Department.
